16 grams of MaxiGrow (roughly equals 8 capfuls / 64 mL of AeroGarden Plant Food)

Description

Bag with 16 grams of General Hydroponics MaxiGrow powder. 2 grams (~1/2 teaspoon) is about equal to 1 capful or 4 mL of AeroGarden Plant Food, but at less than one fifth the price. Here is a suggested feeding schedule:

• 2 and 3-Pod AeroGardens: Use 2 grams at startup and every two weeks
• 6 and 7-Pod AeroGardens: Use 4 grams at startup and every two weeks
• 9-Pod AeroGardens: Use 4 grams at startup and at the second feeding, then 6 grams every two weeks after that
• 12 pod AeroGardens: Use 8 grams at startup and at the second feeding, then 12 grams every two weeks after that

MaxiGrow works well for leafy plants, but it is not ideal for actively fruiting plants like tomatoes.
